Become a paralegal! It generally takes students between eight months and two years to complete the Legal Assistant and Paralegal program. Our program provides the required clock hours you will need if you choose to take the Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) examination given by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).

Blackstone Career Institute now offers an Online Student Center for all active Blackstone students. The Online Student Center allows you to select a course delivery method that suits your educational preferences and learning style.
By delivering the Legal Assistant and Paralegal program online, Blackstone offers you maximum flexibility to access the course lessons at any time and complete them at your convenience. You can choose to read your coursework on-screen, download for later use, or print out your own hard copy.
In the Online Student Center, courses can be completed on your computer using the Blackstone course management system. Once you are logged into the Online Student Center, you can access your Study Guides and contact your instructors and fellow students.
Study Guides are set-up in an easy-to-use PDF format which can be viewed in an online format or in print. Additionally, you have access to online discussions and resources such as: online testing with instant results, student records, payment history, grade history, online chat with fellow students, and web library resources.
